Terms and Conditions of Service
This document sets out the Terms and Conditions of Service that apply to Customers and includes all new and existing Customers of SaskPower. The Terms and Conditions of Service define the basic requirements of Customers with respect to all Electrical Services and other SaskPower Services with the exception of matters dealt with in SaskPower’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT).
