High School Summer Student Labourers Wanted!

Planning for your future? Learn more about a career as a powerline technician (PLT) by joining us as a labourer for the summer. We have multiple positions available across the province.

This opportunity is perfect for students wanting to explore the PLT trade while still in high school. You’ll shadow experienced PLTs and work to help build power lines, maintain and unload equipment, trench underground cable, and more!

It’s a lot of physical, outdoor work in a variety of conditions – no desk jobs here! You must be at least 16, have a valid driver's license and pass a drug and alcohol test and criminal record check. You’ll work throughout July and August, pay is $20/hour.
