How It Works
We estimate your future power use based on what you actually used over the last 12 months, and divide it into 12 equal monthly payments. You pay that averaged amount all year long, and the difference between the power you actually use and what you were billed for is settled up once a year.
That means if you used less power, you have a credit for your next bill. If you used more, you owe an amount at the end.
