  • Hold Off Permit Request

    When submitting your request, please provide us a minimum of:
  • 48 hours notice for all customers not on tie-lines (Distribution)
  • 2 days notice for all customers on tie-lines (Transmission)
    • If you’re opening and closing a customer owned switch at different times of day, please submit 2 Customer Hold Off Permit requests:
  • 1 request to open
  • 1 request to close

    We charge a fee to complete system releases. Please provide:
  • 7 days notice for all customers not on tie-lines (Transmission)
  • 48 hours notice for all customers on tie-lines (Distribution)
