Processing Time: 15 calendar days

Review the Exploratory Study process and submit an Exploratory Study Application by emailing us.

The fee for the study is $5,000 plus taxes

Processing Time: 45 calendar days

We’ll begin the study and develop a draft report.

You’ll review the draft report and submit questions to us within 15 days of receiving the report. At your request, we can meet with you to review the draft.

We’ll develop and provide you with the finalized report.

After reviewing the report, if this is something you’d like to proceed with please begin the Standard Generator Interconnection Procedure.

Processing Time: 15 calendar days

Review the SGIP process and submit the Interconnection Request application. This includes a non-refundable $15,000 deposit. Once completed, email us.

We’ll review your application. If any information is missing, it must be submitted before moving to the next stage. You’ll also be assigned a queue position.

Processing Time: 90 calendar days

You have the option to complete a Feasibility Study for your proposed project before deciding to move on to the System Impact Study. You’ll sign and return the agreement.

A deposit of $15,000 is required.

Processing Time: 120 calendar days

You’ll sign and return the agreement. You’ll also submit the deposit amount relevant to your project:

• <20MW $50,000
• 20MW to 50MW $75,000
• 50MW to 150MW $100,000
• >150MW $150,000

This will provide an optional study based on the results of the System Impact Study.

A deposit of $30,000 is required.

Processing Time: 270 calendar days

We’ll complete a Facilities Study for the project. You’ll need to provide written permission for us to proceed.

A deposit of $150,000 is required.

Processing Time: 140 calendar days

We’ll provide a draft of the agreement and appendices. You may request to negotiate the appendices before we complete the final agreement.

You’ll sign and return the agreement.
