The Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Program (EVIP) is funding the development and installation of 9 public EV fast charging stations across the province.

Our Review Process
We review applications based on specific criteria. The first factors we consider are how close a proposed station is to a main highway and if it’s in an area that doesn’t already have charging stations. Then we take stock of what other services and facilities are in the area. From there we consider things like the applicant’s experience, equipment and project plan.
Our EVIP is supported by Natural Resources Canada’s Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program.
