What Services Do You Want to Start, Stop or Transfer?
If you require a change to your SaskPower service within 2 business days or less, you must use the SaskPower Services Only form to complete your request.
SaskPower Services Only
Use our SaskPower form to easily start, stop or transfer your SaskPower services.
Multiple Utility Services
Use ExpressAddress to start, stop or transfer multiple utility services at the same time, including your SaskPower services.
New Homes and Properties
Need a brand new service for:
- A condo development
- Vacation home
- Cabin

Fees and Details
- Transfer Your Service:
- $35 + GST connect fee will be added to your first bill at the new premise.
- Save $35 by submitting your own move-in meter read within the first 3-days of moving into the premise. You have until 5 pm on the 3rd day to submit the meter read. If completed, we automatically know not to come. You don’t need to notify us.
- When you move, your account number changes. If you have pre-authorized payments set up, you’ll need to update it with your new account number.
- $35 + GST connect fee will be added to your first bill at the new premise.
- Start a New Service
- $35 + GST connect fee will be added to your first bill.
- Save $35 by submitting your own move-in meter read within the first 3-days of moving into the premise. You have until 5 pm on the 3rd day to submit the meter read. If completed, we automatically know not to come. You don’t need to notify us.
- If we need to come on-site to reconnect your power, the fee is then $90 + GST.
- $35 + GST connect fee will be added to your first bill.
- Stop Service
- There is no fee for stopping your service.
- You can receive your final bill quicker by submitting your own move-out meter read. Submit your move-out meter read on your move out date by 5 pm or up to 2 days before.
