This is an introduction to carbon capture and storage (CCS). Students will learn all about CO2 and the effects it has on the environment as well as how CCS works to address this. In addition, students will have access to the latest and most relevant information regarding CCS as it relates to the Boundary Dam Power Station in southern Saskatchewan. Lessons developed in part by the Regina Catholic School Division provide outcome-based experiments and activities that align to the grade 7 science curriculum.
