1. We’ll need you to submit a start or stop request before entering your meter read. We can’t start or stop the service without it.- If you've already completed a start or stop request, please enter your meter read below.
- If you haven't submitted a start or stop request, simply do so at Express Address or contact us.
- If you’re submitting a monthly meter read, you can do this on our Submit Your Meter Read page.
2. Make sure you take a photo of your meter read and have it handy. You'll need it when you submit your start or stop meter read.
